Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Marrow (“Marrow,” “we,” “us”) at usemarrow.co and related services. By creating an account or using Marrow, you agree to these Terms.

What Marrow provides

Marrow is a personal operating system for knowledge, chat, and executable playbooks on tools you connect (e.g. Slack, Stripe, Gmail via Composio). Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI-generated briefings or recommendations.

Your account & content

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You retain ownership of content you upload or generate. You grant Marrow a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.
• You are responsible for connections you authorize and actions taken on your linked accounts through playbooks you run.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Marrow for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted
• Upload malware or content you do not have rights to use

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans and pack purchases are billed through Stripe when enabled. Trials and pricing are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Refunds are handled per our billing policy and applicable law. Creator payouts for sold packs may be added later under separate terms.

Third-party services

Marrow integrates with third parties (Supabase, Composio, LLM providers, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

Disclaimer & liability

Marrow is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marrow and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI output. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. Provisions that should survive termination (e.g. liability limits) remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
